To enable the DHCP client on an iPhone, simply connect to a Wi-Fi network. By default, iPhones automatically use DHCP to obtain an IP address, so no additional settings are required to enable it. Just make sure Wi-Fi is enabled and select the desired network to connect.

Access Your Phone's Settings
Open your phone’s settings and navigate to “Network & Internet” then “Wi-Fi“.

Choose the Wi-Fi network you want to connect to.

Configure IP Settings to Use DHCP
Tap on the network name, then select “Advanced options” and choose “DHCP” under “IP settings” to automatically obtain an IP address from your network’s DHCP server.
